Immigrated to U.S. May 12, 1893 when he was 13 yrs old through Ellis Island with his father, brother and sisters.  The ship he immigrated on was the Dania and port of departure was Hamburg, Germany.  He and his family were from Rempin,  Germany.  Which was part of Prussia but is now part of Poland.

Death Cert states his residence was Larimoure, ND and Emerado, ND; that he had been a laborer, he was married and died of pulmonary tuberculosis.
